I love love love inspiring quotes that make me want to better myself so I thought I'd share that one with all you guys (so many followers, such little time............)

Soo it's very cold out these days and I find myself always in need of a dang snuggle buddy.. and my back always hurts so someone to massage my back would be nice to have around as well, I'd even be willing to pay someone to massage it. Seriously. But I'm not willing to pay someone to snuggle, that'd just be needy... or would it? I need to stop. This is probably why I haven't blogged in so long because my life is just too exciting for the internet.

Today I left church feeling like all the talks and lessons were written for me.  I love leaving church feeling like that, which I have a lot lately. I've been strugggglin okay?! I'm fineeee.. but really I'm so thankful for the guidance of the prophets on the earth today and for the love our Savior has for each and every one of us. I read this quote today and it is exactly what I needed to hear in my life right now because even though I don't know why things are going the way they are in my life right now I'm going to put my trust in the Lord and know he has a plan for me. go girl, its yo birthday...

Her birthdays always are the best I feel like and she always deserves the best, she's amazing.

This year us girls went to joes farm grill for lunch which turned into a photoshoot (which we were joking as we're modeling if you can't tell, senior pictures? yah?) also us all laughing a ton, you know being the funny girls we are. (wow im annoying) but really it was the hardest I've laughed in awhile. 

Then went shopping for a little and then went to joes bbq for dinner, what can we say Haleigh loves her some joes... maybe she'll marry a joe?...

Here are the reasons she's my bestest friend, we laugh hardest together, we even sometimes pretend we would be lesbian together thats our kindof love but we're kidding... most of the time.  We are just simple summer girls together (I'm even "I'm just a summer girl" while blogging about this).. Haleigh has always been there for me to lift me up and give me advice. She makes me laugh when I'm down and she truly cares about everyone and is selfless.  She has a strong testimony and sets an example for all around her.  We both have good food taste (very important.)  She is gorgeous on the inside and out. 

I love you Haleigh. And I guess I'm the guy in the relationship since I'm older.. I'll just be the awkward short boyfriend and you're the tall girlfriend...womp.

easter.

Easter is one of my favorite holidays, I love the easter pageant I got to attend three times and the spirit I felt every single time. I love the weather around easter time, it's perfect outside. I love dyeing easter eggs with my family and having someone always spill the dye on someone else. I love our family annual easter hunts (who cares if were all in our twenties?!) I love eating a ginormous dinner with all my moms side at my grandparents house. I love the true meaning of easter and how christ suffered for our sins and we could all be saved and truly happy.

I only titled this allycat to try to give Ali an original nickname but that's not even how you spell her name so this is awk, yeah i say it, awk.. awk awk awk (just for you hali!) wow im annoying. and kidding. but Ali and Dayton are getting married and IM THE MOST EXCITED!! OUT OF EVERYONE, EVEN HALEIGH.  I have been there with them through the whole thing and I can honestly say I want a love like theirs, (whoa..) but really they just get each other and are always laughing and you can just see the love in their eyes.  They have always tried to help me through my dating and helping me find guys.. I swear I don't know how to date but this post isn't about me, back to them.. Ali just moved to Idaho and I hate it. I think it'll bring us closer though (yeah were in a relationship as well..) but she is one of my best friends and she always has advice to help me better myself, motivates me in so many ways, from staying healthy to keeping up on my scriptures and we just always are laughing together and being awkward because we don't know how to communicate with others most of the time.  Us girls (including Al) thought Ali'd be the last to get married for sure since she's the most independent and has a future and stuff but I have a feeling our order we had in mind is gonna be backwards... which is totally fine!!... but I know she is ready and this is just how things are meant to be because I've never seen her so happy in her life, it just makes me so happy for her! So yeah anyways I'm just very thankful for Ali and our friendship we have grown since high school, we've both changed so much and I think we both helped each other a lot.  I love you Ali you deserve the best and that's what you're getting, congratulations!! (target lady voice) :)

Last week while in Glendale we all went out to dinner which was kindof a big deal since me and brittney never get ready for the days and because we ate sushi mm mm mm.  In the end discovering I was the only one who wanted it, so i had to clear everyones plates (ugh hate when that happens!!)  Jon was teaching us all about Japanese food and their culture so of course Kara was saying how she didn't know we had a teacher at dinner with us.. he also said sushi is a time to socialize with others, and not so much to fill you up. but i disagree since I had to finish everyones sushi I left with a full belly :) If anyone wants to go to sushi soon, don't hesitate to invite me.

i get home from school the other day and my sister kara just starts laughing and this is how our conversatsion goes...

kara- "what is wrong with your hair?!?"

me- "uhh its in a pony?"

kara-"you have lesbian hair"

me-"??....never knew lesbian hair existed but glad i conquered it"

this just shows how sweet kara is.. but this is exactly what my hair looked like..

hiking...

Yesterday my mom, my Aunt Carrie, my cousins Melissa and Brittney and I decided to go hiking...

We probably picked the worst day to try to go out and enjoy nature since it was windy and freezing (the weather has been perfect out before yesterday..)

So we decided to go to "Flatiron" (suppose to be twice as difficult as Camelback.. never down Camelback but it sounded daring) which we never ended up finding, then once we found another trail we got lost trying to find the trail and were in a wash, me stepping in cactus', then when we got to the end we had lost where we started and had to guess which direction to walk to find it. It's safe to say we were lost 98% of this hike. hahaha this day was really fun though, from us piling rocks or knocking down others, to carrie pointing out funny shaped cactus's, to almost getting blown away, me secretly trying to litter (keeding i would never?), and just being able to laugh at everything going on around us. I love you girls, we'll have to go again soon.

annual cabin trip.

This past weekend I went to my cabin with family and muh gurls. 

This trip is always fun, we play tons of games, eat waaay too much food, play in the snow, snowboard, shoot guns, play badmitten, take billions of pictures, take glams, candy store, and just enjoy spending time in the quiet mountains.. this trip we did just that, and also a few other things which included:

-no use of any water, which meant no showers or toilets to use. made things interesting for sure.

-getting excited over patches of snow since there was no snow the first few days we were there.

-my mom quoting finding nemo, a lot a lot.

-staying up until 3am reading cosmo to the boys.

-waking up from naps and scaring ali and ourselves.

-lots and lots of gassy people.

This trip was different than the past trips we've been on, I left this trip/weekend feeling humbled and very happy for the life I have and to have a true testimony. I am so grateful for my family and friends I'm blessed to have. They are always lifting me up and helping me to be a better person. i love you all, a lot. 

SOS please, someone help me..

Get motivated to get in shape and not eat bad... I'm going to use today as an example:

i ran a 4.5 mile mountain (you'd think i'd be motivated to get "summer skinny" right?) then came home and ate lasagna, french bread, salad and pizza.....??


so give me some advice so i can get motivated and look like this ....?

Anyways I've been trying to figure out what to blog about and I was gonna blog about blog stalking cause thats what my lifes consisted of lately, but that's silly so I won't. So I decided to do one about how happy I am to be living with kara, jon and scarlett through out the week days when I'm in glendale.. They make me want to be married.. Sometimes. Haha jk they do.
Favorite things they do since I've lived with them:
-when jon shows scarlett a tour of the house multiple times.
-when kara gets mad at us for not pushing in our chairs.
-when kara puts cookies in the oven before dinner is done.
-watching american idol religiously, the best is when kara gets mad for how loud the commercials are so she makes jon mute it. Then tells me to ask dad for tivo.
-when kara tells us she'd have to try to look as bad as we do everyday for school.
-let me take bubble baths in their tub, and agree with me that its weird britt always tries to get in with me.
-how kara and jon make fun of me and britt for being stuck on facebook every evening (I need a night job).
-how we were debating if we put a canopy from me and britts ceiling..

there's many more but those are the few i remember from the week. i love them.

Friday sidney, gabrielle and me decided to have a girls night and we went to Sauce which is by far one of my new favorite places. I've thought about going back there all day to eat.. even now at 11 on a saturday night.. not that im home alone doing nothing or anything... but friday was one of the best nights i've had in awhile! we went and ate and then went and saw Just Go With It, which was hilarious! and us girls just laughed the whole night, i. love. them.

   and i am happy. he makes me laugh just as much as he did before he left.
